A 12-Week Private Coaching Program

Someone you love died.

Since then, grief has touched your emotions, relationships, routines, identity, and the future you thought you were building.

When someone asks what has been the hardest part, your honest answer is:

Everything.

In 12 weeks, you go from everything feeling too heavy to knowing where to begin, understanding what you need, and building a future without leaving the people you love behind.

Start Live Well After Loss
Right Now

Right now, everything feels connected.

You are trying to move through your grief, but you do not know which part needs your attention first.

I want to know where to begin.

Everything feels important at the same time. You want to separate what you are carrying so you can deal with one part at a time.

I want to reconnect with myself.

Loss changed you. You want to recognize your strengths, values, interests, and the parts of you that are still yours.

I want to stop getting pulled into emotional spirals.

One thought, memory, or situation can take over your whole day. You want to notice the beginning and know how to bring yourself back.

I want daily life to feel manageable again.

Ordinary tasks take more energy than they used to. You want your routines, decisions, and responsibilities to feel less overwhelming.

I want to trust myself again.

You question your feelings, reactions, and choices. You want to hear your own voice without immediately wondering whether you got it wrong.

I want purpose, stability, and direction.

You know you cannot return to the person you were before. You want to understand what matters now and where you go from here.

You do not need to fix everything.

Grief does not stay inside one part of your life. It affects how you feel, how you see yourself, how you connect with other people, and how you imagine the future. When everything blends together, it can feel impossible to know where to begin.

Live Well After Loss helps you separate what you are carrying.

Instead of asking:

"How do I fix everything?"

You begin asking:

"Which part of me needs attention today?"

That is how you begin listening to yourself again.

The Transformation

By the time we finish, you will:

Know where to begin when everything feels heavy.

Understand what you need instead of immediately pushing it away.

Recognize the beginning of an emotional spiral.

Feel more connected to yourself and the people who support you.

Trust yourself to make decisions again.

Carry regret without using it to punish yourself.

Stay connected to the people you lost.

Have more purpose, stability, and direction.

Begin building a future that includes both love and loss.

You will not forget them. You will not stop missing them. You will learn how to carry your grief without letting it make every decision.

The Framework

How Live Well After Loss Works

Twelve weeks. Each week focuses on one part of your life so you are not trying to untangle everything at once.

1

Before each session, you receive a simple handout that introduces the week's focus.

2

During your private coaching session, we work through how that area is affecting your life.

3

Afterward, you complete one small activity that helps you bring what you learned into your everyday life.

No overwhelming homework. No pressure to grieve the right way. We begin with where you are.

Week 1

When Everything Needs Clarity

Everything feels heavy and connected. We separate what you are carrying into clear areas so you can see what needs your attention first.

Week 2

What Do I Need?

You may be used to noticing what everyone else needs before noticing yourself. We begin identifying what helps you feel supported, grounded, understood, and safe.

Week 3

Why Grief Is Affecting Everything

Grief has reached beyond the person you lost. We look at how it has affected your emotions, routines, relationships, identity, and plans for the future.

Week 4

Reconnecting With Myself

You may not feel like the person you were before. We reconnect with your strengths, interests, beliefs, values, and the qualities that are still part of you.

Week 5

When Emotions Spiral

One thought or memory can quickly become overwhelming. We identify the beginning of your spirals and what helps you return to the present.

Week 6

Making Daily Life Manageable

Grief can make ordinary tasks feel much heavier. We create simple ways to support your energy, routines, responsibilities, and decisions.

Week 7

The People I Still Have

Grief changes relationships. We look at who feels safe, what kind of support helps, and how to communicate what you need.

Week 8

The People I Lost

Moving forward does not mean leaving them behind. We explore how their stories, love, values, humour, and place in your life continue with you.

Week 9

Trusting Myself Again

Loss can make you question your feelings and decisions. We strengthen your ability to hear your own voice and choose what feels right for you.

Week 10

What I Wish I Had Done Differently

Grief can keep replaying what you said, what you missed, and what you understand now. We separate regret from punishment so you can carry the lesson without carrying constant blame.

Week 11

Purpose, Stability, and Direction

Purpose does not have to arrive as one enormous answer. We explore what gives your life meaning now and what you want to begin moving toward.

Week 12

Building a Future Without Leaving Them Behind

You bring together what you have learned about your grief, emotions, relationships, identity, and needs. You leave with a clearer direction and a plan for what comes next.

Why Me

Mindy Genereux

I am Mindy Genereux, Certified Death Doula and Founder of Leave Well Media.

I created Live Well After Loss after losing my dad and learning that grief does not only affect how you feel about the person who died.

It changes how you see yourself. It enters your relationships, routines, decisions, beliefs, and plans for the future.

I also learned that living well after loss does not require leaving the people we love behind. Their stories, values, humour, lessons, and love continue shaping who we become.

I do not believe grief needs to be fixed. I believe it needs to be understood, supported, expressed, and given a meaningful place within your life.

My role is not to tell you how to grieve. My role is to help you understand what you are carrying, reconnect with yourself, and decide what you need next.

You are allowed to miss them. You are also allowed to live. Both can be true.

Questions

Questions

What if I do not know what I need?+

That is exactly where we begin. You do not need to arrive with clear goals or the right words. We start by separating what feels tangled and identifying which part needs attention first.

What if I have experienced more than one loss?+

The program makes room for your complete experience. We look at how your losses, relationships, and life changes are affecting you today.

What if it has been years since my loss?+

There is no deadline for grief. We focus on what the loss is affecting now and what you want your life to feel like moving forward.

Does moving forward mean leaving them behind?+

No. You are not being asked to move on from them. We explore how your relationship, memories, and love can continue to have a meaningful place in your life.

Is this grief therapy?+

No. Live Well After Loss is a private grief-support coaching program led by a Certified Death Doula. It offers education, reflection, practical tools, continuing-bonds work, and support as you work toward your personal goals. It does not replace clinical mental health care.

Do I have to write or journal?+

No. You can reflect through conversation, voice notes, photographs, creativity, memory work, or whatever feels natural to you.

What if I have a difficult week?+

We work with what is present. The program can slow down or adjust without forcing you to follow a rigid schedule.

You do not have to solve everything today. You only need somewhere honest to begin.

You can carry grief without allowing it to control every part of your life.

You can build a future without betraying the past.

You can reconnect with yourself without disconnecting from the people you love.

Live well after loss.
